그 영의 하나를 지키기 위해 우리는 자신을 높이는 모든 관점을 유죄 판결하고 분열적인 모든 의견을 내려놓아야 한다. …어떤 성도들은 자신이 교회의 장로들 보다 더 많이 알고 있으며 일을 더 잘 할 수 있다고 확신할 수도 있다. 이것이 스스로를 높이는 것이다. 교회의 모든 지체는 나이가 많든 적든 자신을 높이는 어떤 관점들을 가지고 있다. 자신을 높이는 관점을 가진 사람은 누구든지 분명히 의견을 가지고 있다. …우리는 자신을 높이는 모든 관점을 유죄 판결하고 분열적인 모든 의견을 내려놓아야 한다.

한마음 한뜻 안에서 몸의 하나를 지키기 위해 우리는 자신의 모든 선호를 버리고 개인적인 모든 취향을 무시해야 한다. 자매들은 자주 개인적인 취향의 문제에 있어서는 형제들보다 더 강하다. 우리의 선호나 개인적인 취향은 몸의 하나를 지키는데 커다란 장애물이다.

마지막으로 그 영의 하나를 지키기 위해 우리는 그 영의 지시를 따라야 하고 함께 지체된 이들의 느낌을 존중할 필요가 있다. 우리의 견해나 의견에 관계 없이 우리는 항상 그 영을 따라야 한다. 우리는 반드시 영으로 돌이켜 우리 안에 계신 성령의 지시를 따라야 하며 다른 사람들의 느낌을 존중하고 관심해야 한다. (활력 그룹의 긴급한 필요에 관한 교통(Ⅱ), 18-19쪽)

To keep the oneness of the Spirit we need to condemn all the self-exalting views and drop all the divisive opinions.…Some of the saints may feel confident that they are more knowledgeable and can do things better than the elders of the church. This is selfexaltation. Every member of the church, whether old or young, has some self-exalting views. Whoever has a self-exalting view surely has opinions.…We need to condemn all the self-exalting views and drop all the divisive opinions.

To keep the oneness of the Body in the one accord, we need to forsake all self-preferences and disregard all personal tastes. The sisters are often stronger in the matter of personal tastes than the brothers. Our self-preferences and personal tastes are a great hindrance to the keeping of the oneness of the Body.

Finally, to keep the oneness of the Spirit, we need to follow the Spirit’s direction and respect our fellow members’ feeling. Regardless of our view or opinion, we should always follow the Spirit. We must turn to the spirit to follow the direction of the Holy Spirit within us, and we must respect and take care of others’ feeling. 활력 그룹들을 세우기 위해 우리는 많고도 철저한 기도로 주님을 위해 단체적인 나실인의 서원을 해야 한다(민 6:1-4). 우리가 섞여져서 한 반죽 덩어리가 될 때까지 이렇게 할 필요가 있다. 그룹의 모든 지체들은 자신을 한 실체인 한 무리의 나실인들로 헌신하기 위하여, 즉 주님께 단체적인 헌신을 하기 위하여 함께 모여야 한다. 우리는 주님의 신약 경륜을 수행하기 위해 주님께서 우리 그룹 전체를 하나의 실체로 얻으시도록 해야 한다. 우리의 단체적인 헌신은 어떤 형식적인 의무를 수행하기 위해서가 아니라 그 영의 유기적인 인도에 따라 주님을 섬기기 위한 것이어야 한다.

활력 그룹들을 세우기 위해 우리는 많고도 철저한 기도로 이 시대에서 이기는 이들이 되어야 한다. 신약의 원칙에 따르면 모든 믿는 이들은 이기는 이들이며, 또 이기는 이들이어야 하지만(요일 2:13, 14, 4:4, 5:4-5) 대다수는 타락되었다. 그러므로 주님은 요한계시록 2장과 3장의 일곱 서신들에서 이기는 이들을 부르셨다.

요한계시록 2장과 3장에서 주님은 다만 교회들이나 성도들을 이기는 이들로 부르신 것이 아니라, 교회 안의 성도들을 이기는 이들로 부르셨다. 온 교회가 단체적인 이기는 이가되기는 어렵지만, 교회들 안의 개개의 성도들은 이기는 이들이 되어야 한다. …우리는 타락한 교회를 대신하여 이기는 이들이 될 필요가 있다.

활력 그룹들을 세우기 위해서 우리는 하나님께서 정하신 길의 네 단계들을 위해 많고도 철저한 기도를 해야 한다. …우리는 하나님께서 정하신 길의 네 단계들인 새 길과 새 일들을 배울 필요가 있다. 하나님께서 정하신 길의 첫째 단계는 하나님의 구원을 위해 죄인들을 찾고 방문하고 접촉하며, 그들을 그리스도의 몸의 유기적인 지체들로 만들며, 그들을 신약의 희생 제물로서 하나님께 드리는 신약의 복음의 제사장 직분을 수행하는 것이다(롬 15:16, 벧전2:5, 9). 둘째 단계는 젖을 먹이는 어머니처럼 새로 태어난 아이들을 가정 집회에서 양육하고 보살피는 것이다(살전 2:7). 셋째 단계는 그리스도의 유기적인 몸을 건축하는 사역의 일을 하도록 그룹 집회에서 서로 가르침으로 성도들을 온전하게 하는 것이다(엡 4:12-13). 마지막으로 하나님께서 정하신 길의 넷째 단계는 과정을 거치신 삼일 하나님의 유기체인 그리스도의 몸을 직접 유기적으로 건축하도록 교회 집회에서 모든 성도가 신언하는 것이다(고전14:1-5, 23-26, 31, 39상). For the building up of the vital groups, we need to make, with much and thorough prayer, a corporate Nazarite’s consecration for the Lord (Num. 6:1-4).We need to do this until we are blended, until we become dough. All the members of a group should come together to consecrate themselves as one entity, as a group of Nazarites, to give the Lord a corporate consecration. We need to let the Lord gain our whole group as one entity for the carrying out of His New Testament economy. Our corporate consecration should not be to fulfill any kind of formal duty, but to serve the Lord according to the organic leading of the Spirit.

For the building up of the vital groups,we need to be overcomers in this age with much and thorough prayer. According to the New Testament principle, all the believers are and should be overcomers (1 John 2:13, 14; 4:4; 5:4-5), but the majority have become degraded. Thus, in the seven epistles in Revelation 2 and 3 the Lord called the overcomers.

The Lord’s calling of the overcomers in Revelation 2 and 3 was not only to the church, nor only to the saints, but to the saints in the churches. It is difficult for the entire church to be a corporate overcomer, but individual saints within the churches should be overcomers.…There is the need of the overcomers to replace the degraded church.

For the building up of the vital groups,we need to pray much and thoroughly for the four steps of the God-ordained way.…We need to learn the newway and the new things, which are the four steps of the God-ordainedway. The first step of the God-ordained way is to fulfill the New Testament priesthood of the gospel to seek, visit, and contact sinners for God’s salvation to make the sinners organic members of the Body of Christ and offer them to God as the New Testament sacrifice (Rom. 15:16; 1 Pet. 2:5, 9). The second step is to nourish and cherish the newborn babes in Christ in home meetings as nursing mothers (1 Thes. 2:7). The third step is to perfect the saints by mutual teaching in group meetings for the work of the ministry to build up the organic Body of Christ (Eph. 4:12-13). Finally, the fourth step of the Godordained way is the prophesying by all the saints in the church meetings for the direct and organic building up of the Body of Christ as the organism of the processed Triune God (1 Cor. 14:1-5, 23-26, 31, 39a).
